Which center is right for my family?

Our Glendale center (1754 Victory Blvd) is for children — full-day and after-school enrichment. Our Van Nuys center (6614 Van Nuys Blvd) is a recreational day program for young adults and adults. If you're not sure which fits, call (818) 822-8396 and we'll point you to the right one.

What happens when I visit?

We show you around the center, introduce the staff who would be working with your family, and let you watch a real session in progress. You're welcome to bring your child or your adult with you. There's no cost to visit and no obligation afterwards.

Van Nuys is open Mon–Fri 10 AM–8 PM · Sat–Sun 12 PM–8 PM. Glendale is open Mon–Sun 10 AM–8 PM. Program schedules vary, so call (818) 822-8396 to check the times for a specific activity.

What languages do you speak?

Our staff work with families in English, Spanish, and Armenian, so you can ask questions and get answers in the language you're most comfortable in.

We welcome children and adults of all abilities, including people with autism, ADHD, and developmental and sensory differences. Groups are small, and activities are adapted so that nobody sits out.

Do you have to be able to do the activity already?

No. Every activity is adapted to the person, whether that's their first time holding a paintbrush or their fiftieth. Our staff are credentialed professionals who work with a wide range of abilities every day.

SAI Connections is a social, recreational, and educational center for children and adults of all abilities in Los Angeles. We support individuals with a wide range of developmental and behavioral needs — including autism, ADHD, developmental delays, and sensory differences — across two welcoming centers in Van Nuys and Glendale.

Everything we run is hands-on and small-group, and everything adapts. We start from what a person can already do and what they actually enjoy, then build the skill from there. That is why our rooms are loud with music, clay, paint, and conversation rather than quiet with worksheets.
