Transition to Adulthood Coaching for Teens & Young Adults in Van Nuys
Weekly mentorship that builds real-life skills and confidence for independence.
Getting ready for independence takes more than academics. Our Transition to Adulthood program offers weekly mentorship that builds the real-life skills young people need to thrive — budgeting, job readiness, and time management — alongside identity exploration, goal setting, and self-advocacy. Sessions blend one-on-one guidance and peer-supported group work, with digital workbooks each participant can keep and build on. Built for teens and young adults of all abilities, it's a supportive space to grow toward independence, together.
